A Little About Me

I fell in love with design when I was 13 and discovered my mom’s copy of Photoshop. What started as a curiosity turned into a career that’s taken me from early web design to UX to leading large, cross-functional design teams. These days, I’m happiest working at the intersection of clarity, systems, and empathy.

I like untangling complex problems, building tools and processes that scale, and creating experiences that actually make people’s lives easier. As a leader, I focus on team health, collaboration, and making sure designers have the support and space they need to grow. I work closely with product, engineering, and business partners to tackle hard problems together—usually with a healthy dose of storytelling, pragmatism, and a sense of humor.

When I’m not working, I’m probably doing something dog-related. I’m the President of Georgia Doberman Rescue, which means my weekends involve a lot of shelter pickups, vet visits, and paperwork—but it’s worth it for the tail wags. I also compete in performance sports with my own dogs, and when I finally sit still, I love a good movie, video game, or road trip.

Brought in to transform a siloed design organization into a collaborative, product-aligned team focused on consistency, accessibility, and user-centered innovation across a broad digital portfolio—including Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s, Century 21, Corcoran, ERA, and Cartus.

  • Spearheaded the creation and launch of Bespoke, a design system embraced by 7+ brands and 15+ product teams. This brought much-needed consistency and collaboration to a previously siloed environment—helping teams work better together and delivering a smoother experience for customers that was accessible out of the box.

  • Designed and implemented a global UX framework used in 22+ countries, empowering teams to localize experiences with less effort and more consistency, reducing design/dev time by ~15%.
  • Built and led the Prime Design System roadmap, helping 4+ teams deliver cohesive experiences while easing the lift for designers and engineers alike.
