I give you WebMD’s first animation, all done in house by yours truly.

How To Save a Knocked-Out Tooth
The story is actually pretty funny. I was originally approached to do the animation from my personal email. WebMD was looking to do an animation and found me, with no clue that I actually worked there, haha. We touched base when I got back into the office and talked about the logistics of the film. Once the proper client and subject came in, we started in.
The topic was perfect partly because there was no one really all that interested in being slammed in the face with a baseball and losing their tooth. We talked it over, set up a plan of action, and I started in. I handled all the art and animation from storyboards, to animatic to style boards and character designs, then rig building and animation. After a month of crazy overtime and lots of candy, it was finally finished.
Everyone was thrilled with it and loved the way it turned out and there are plans to do more animations in the future when the right topics come up. 🙂
