About a year ago I was approached about creating a website and animation, as well as designing an assessment tool for a company looking to help educate the world about PCI-DSS and the standards surrounding it. They wanted to make it much easier to understand for the average person and to help them fully grasp the repercussions of NOT protecting themselves. They and originally gone offshore to do the animation, but what was delivered was no good and about as boring as the subject matter could make it.
It took a few months to do, and several more month so of me not being able to really talk about it, but PCI University is online! The PCI-Q assessment tool is still being tweaked on the back end, but everything I worked on is up and running. They have told me that they’ve received a lot of positive feedback, especially on the animation, so that’s really exciting.
